It’s that time of the year again….Spring, or at least that’s what the calendar tells us. As we wait for the warmer temps to kick in with anticipation of getting outside and cleaning up our yards and getting into our gardens we need to take into account some handy tips to prevent ourselves from overdoing and causing injuries.
